Willbender is one of the best, most consistently designed Elite Specs in my opinion. There's very little clunkyness, the design thematic is well-fleshed out; augmented virtues that are focused on mobility. It has both solid Power & Condition Damage builds for PvE - that are both very strong ~ 35k+ DPS.
