My MK 4 ST with just over 1k on it and nearly 4 months old. (Not main car) up to now only has one of your problems, the fuel filler cover out of alignment and a bit fiddly to open but not quite catching. No rattles or squeaks whatsoever, and the stereo is excellent, not a thing. It was built mid October.

You can trying to disconnect the battery monitoring sensor and the negative battery cable. Go put you foot on the brakes for and 45 seconds to a minute to dissipate and residual charge in the system. Hook the negative cable back up but leave the monitoring system sensor unplugged. See if that helps.
1217 posts · Joined 2015. #14 · Mar 22, 2016. If it sways back and forth under hard acceleration, that's normal. That's torque steer and then the car correcting it for you. If it's swaying back and forth while you're just at a cruising pace, then I have no idea what's up.
