Short tutorial just showing how to fight rebellion in a settlement and get loyalty on track so you can get back to conquering more settlements.
Low loyalty leads to large penalties which means that even if you boost construction the net sum stays in the negative. So get a good governor, have loyalty boosting kingdom edicts and let the settlement/castle sit on the continuous project that boosts loyalty for a while. The continuous projects work only when there's no active building in queue.

The easiest way to boost your castles is to have a governor that has good steward but there are also other bonuses like production, loyalty, etc. you can see what the bonuses are when you hover over the choices. Be careful with the governors culture too because that will affect the loyalty if they are a mismatch. 2. Add gold to the stock.
